How to type pinyin tone marks?

Hello folks!
I hope this question hasn't been answered yet... could someone please teach me how to easily type pinyin tone marks , say in Word, for example? I found a conversion tool here at chinese tools but that's not quite what I'm looking for. I just want to be able to type it directly on my keyboard. Can someone help me out?
