I have been looking for months for the symbol for the word CORE (definition: essential part: the central or most important part of something). The closest thing I can find to this word is center which is part of the symbol for China. If anyone could help me with this or point me in the right direction I would be very gratefull. Thanks.

It depends how you use the word. If centre is what you mean, than the first symbol of China is what you're looking for. Or you may want to use:
