can anyone help me find a web site that I could use online to learn chinese (manderin). Or suggest a good system that they have used to learn this wonderful language.

There are many websites dedicated to teaching/learning of the Chinese language. However, the most ideal way to learn any language is to take classes and interact with people who speak the language. Try run a search for "learn Chinese" from a search engine like yahoo or google. There are also many online groups that you can join as well. Good luck!
