The best English to Chinese dictionary site?

I'm looking for a site that i visited oince that had a list of words in alphabetical catogorys in english and then you can also see the chinese symbols of that word. Does anyone know that site? Or is there is a GOOD site with that format? That has a list of words i can browse and see the english words and the chinese symbols...
