If "baat-gwa", it means "nosey"

If it's bak wa "white language" I believe it refers to Cantonese and is a Cantonese expression.

Hey there! I'm from Singapore and at first sight, i thought that bak Gwa was 肉幹...or barbequed meat...a Chinese New Year delicacy in Singapore...Yummy Haha

bak gwa...i guess there is another conotation in cantonese. it is some kind of chinese fortune telling with eight directions, or relating to i-ching.

Baa Kwa means "eight trigrams" trigrams are commonly used in taoism, for fortune telling and .... on south korean flag. Usually a bak kwa is used hung on a wall in front of a windows or door, there is a mirror in the middle with eight trigams around. Baa Kwa=八卦

bak gwa means noisy in cantonese, or ho bak gwa means rally noisy :lol:
