Chinese languages

Hi I spent 18 months in Northern China (Shenyang)and studied Hanyu for a year or so.. I was wondering if there where people sharing my passion for the language living in Bristol, UK,
I have looked at studying at a local college but the price was almost £400.00 for 32 hours that seemed a bit steep to me.
I guess I am looking for like mided individuals who would like to get together and ...I dunno teach other..
