Chinese languages

The following is a poem from Lisa See's book "Peony In Love". I know it's quite a depressing poem, but I've wanted to translate it into Chinese for a long time now. So far, nobody has wanted to help me with this. I only have very basic Chinese skills, but I tried the best I could at translating it myself into Mandarin. I figured if I posted my bad translation here, someone would be motivated to correct it. :)

"The trees are bare.
In the distance, the honks of mourning geese.
If only my tears of blood could dye red the blossoms of the plum tree...
But I will never make it to spring.
My heart is empty and my life has no value anymore.
Each moment a thousand tears."

木是赤裸裸.
遥, 悼的鹅的嘟.
只要我的血的眼泪能染料梅子的花红...
可是 (~~~~~~~)
我的中心是匮并且我的命不再(没)有价值了.
每个瞬间是一千个眼泪.

I know a few parts are very wrong, and I gave up completely on the fourth line.
I would really appreciate some help.
