I head it in the context as "keoi ho we we woi woi." i believe it means to be silly/foolish. ?

yeah yi yi ngo ngo is like what a cow would say...

but then "we we woy woy" would is a lot different...Is it not?

I believe it means to say things that are stupid.

the "we" "we" part is...no doubt sounding like the English word "we." (meaning us)

and the "woy" is no doubt sounding like the English word "coy" but with a W sound instead of a C...

Any other ideas now?
