Are there any Chinese / Spanish translators?

I have been getting a few inquires for Chinese / Spanish translator on my website.
I have searched the internet but all I could find are English / Chinese.
Does anyone know of a university that specialises in Translators or interpreteres ?
Maybe I could try there.
