"jiu fuk", "bo sau" and "gwun bo"?

Hey,

Translation time lol.
If anyone knows what "jiu fuk", "bo sau" and "gwun bo" that would be great! I have an incling that "jiu fuk" means to look after or something? "bo sau" to conserve? any other meanins? and "gwun bo"...? Any input is greatly appreciated Thanks!!!

"Gwun Bo", if you are refering to food, is a type of "kelp-like" seaweed/sea vegetable which is served in soup, however, I also like to eat it in "juk" rice porage with a bunch of other exotic goodies.

I also find it delicious served in noodle soup. It can also be served julienne and marinated in seseme seed oil with specks of chile pepper & seseme seeds on a cold platter at a Cantonese-style banquet.

jiu fuk = 招福 (to bring in luck)
bou sao = 保守 (to keep, to conserve)
gwun bo = 管保 (to guarantee)

to look after, or greet sb. or waiter serves customer, we say ziu1 fu1 which does not match fuk however.
