wǒ xīn shuǐ de dà bù fen dōu yòng lái jiāo fáng zū le.
Most of my salary goes on/in (paying) rent.
E.g. 2 她 没 有 付 房 租 就 走 了。
tā méi yǒu fù fáng zū jiù zǒu le .
She left without paying the rent.
E.g. 3 他 们 把 房 子 租 给 我 , 每 月 房 租 一 千 元.
tā men bǎ fáng zi zū gěi wǒ ,měi yuè fáng zū yī qiān yuán.
They let the house to me at a rent of 1000 RMB a month.

" beir=倍儿“(the 4th tone) :In Chinese it means "te4 bie2, fei1 chang2" it means very or particularly in English.
Here is some examples:
eg1: 那栋楼倍儿高。
na4 dong4 lou2 beir4 gao1
That building is very high.
eg2 这件衣服倍儿贵。
zhe4 jian4 yi1 fu beir4 gui4
This coat is very expensive./The price of this coat is particularly high.
