Eng=>Chinese translaction, please!

Hello everyone. I need an urgent favor. I bought several items from an ebay member and my guess is that he doesn't understand english, although the ebay listing was written in english. Anyway, can someone translate this whole text for me, in simple chinese (or the dialect used in Hong Kong) please?


"Hi. It's something wrong with my payment invoice. I thought that you charge 25 USD for the first item and 2 USD for each extra item. I even sent you an email a few days before placing any bid, asking you about shipping charges. 163 USD just for shipping is WAY too much, please do something about it. I'm willing to pay at most 50 USD for the shipping. Thank you! By the way, do you speak english? I think this is the sixth message I have sent you."
