Translate cross-stitch kit?

hello all,
I bought a cross-stitch kit and when i received it i noticed that it isn't in english. I posted it on a japanese forum thinking that it was japanese but everyone said it was some form of chinese, though I don't know which exactly. I can understand most of it because it's obvious but I'm confused by the key. I have scanned it in. Could someone please translate this for me to english? i would be very appreciative!
