How do I say BIOS chips in Mandarin?

Hi, everyone. Can someone help me out with this phrase: "Programming, labeling, and testing BIOS chips" ? I have found out the Chinese word for "Programming, labeling, and testing", but can't seem to find the Chinese words for "BIOS chips" anyway on the net... If you should know a website that provides Chinese computer terminologies, I would be extremely grateful.

it is "ji(1) ben(3) shu(1) ru(4) shu(1) chu(1) xi(4) tong(3)".
(*) stands for 1,2,3,4 Tones of PINYIN.

not need to translate "BIOS"
you can use it in Chinese.
