以後簡體中文系統可以輸入嘅字庫會更多，包括更多哋各地方言用字、
偏僻嘅人名用字等。希望各大網站可以更新網頁,兼容GB18030字符集。

This is quite old news. The font SimSun 18030 is provided with new versions of Win 2000 and Win XP. It includes all the CJK characters associated with Unicode 3.0. It has included a section known as Extension A on top of the older Unicode 2.1 version. It also contains characters of the Yi Syllabary too amongst other things.

Unfortunately my operating system is Windows 95 and I don’t think I can use the font with my system.

Does the font include the following character?

The Arial Unicode font that I currently use shows a rectangular outline at the codepoint for this character.

I can see it on my screen composed of a bird radical and 鳥 and 奚

The font may not have been designed with Win 95 in mind. I added a comment on the font in my page
