What does this mean?

because the script is not clear enough, may be my translation is not much accurate. your script is "傢 氣 俱". this is traditional form. the simplified form shoud be "家 气 具"。 but i think 器 is more correct because 器/器具 means equipment while 气 meaning gas makes it imposible to go with 俱(this word may be written wrongly because it means "all" but have the same pronunciation with 具). so, the meaning of the phrase should be "household equipment". moreover, i notice that at the 2 corners of the cover, there are 2 identical characters 术 meaning "method". in conclusion, it may be about "method of making household equipment"/jia1 qi4 ju4 shu4/.
p/s: in dictionary, 伙 means "funiture" or "guy"
