i've got this sentence from my freind. i understand the meaning of this sentence but can't translate it well.if who can help translate this sentence well, i call him my master(shi1 fu4)

Without health, what is the point of having a huge sum of money?

If in a failing physical condition, what is the point of possessing money regardless of its sum?

from my point of view, they are the same while meaning "and"

“与”and"和" have the same meaning "and" in English.but a bit different when you use them.和 is often used in spoken chinese,for example.我和李先生一块去看电影（Mr.Li and I went to a moive),we never say,as an oral Chinese, 我与李先生一块去看电影。"与" is often used in idioms and phrases .for examle,天与地，（heaven and earth,please pay attation to the difference 天空和大地,though they have the same meaning.)"天空和大地"is an oral,but 天与地 is less spoken in everyday Chinese.
