Pinyin >>> English phrase translation

I have recently come across a lot of pinyin speakers, and for most things I can find a decent enough translation. This one is beyond me tho, I think... If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it:
ni hao a wo xiao hao chong zhang na me duo jina
The situation was that he sent something to me as a joke, and then I did the same back to him.
