Translaslations for various expressions.

I like to write short stories that include cross cultural references.
In english we have a number of expressions to insinuate an inappropriate sexual relationship between two people. This goes especially for situations where one person is providing sexual favors to another go garner special attention or treatment (or career advancment)
We might say things like:
"Sally sucks Mark's #*%$ "
"Sally is Mark's b!tc#"
"Sally slept her way to the top"
There are various others, with various levels of vulgarity ranging from polite but discrete to outright street talk..
There must be equivalent expressions in Chinese too. I would be interested to know a few, including how they are written in characters.
If some expressions are too rude for this forum, you may pm me.
I would also be interested in knowing expressions that are similar to "cat got your tongue" or "you look like you have seen a ghost" and "a skeleton in the closet".
