1. I guess "shen jin bin!" should be "shen jing bing!" which means "Nuts!" (i.e. You're such a crazy person!)
2. "ni shi zhen de shen jin bin!" should mean: You're really nuts! (ni shi: you're. zhen de: really)
3. I guess "ni zhen de nao zhi you mao bing" should be "ni zhen de nao zi you mao bing" which means "There's really something wrong with your brain!" (similar to "Nuts!") (nao zi: brain. mao bing: something wrong)
4. I have no idea what "na ma zhou bi" means
5. I guess "sa bi ni yao qu yin yuan" should be "sa bi ni yao qu yi yuan" which means "Sabi, you need to go to the hospital" (Sabi should be the name of a person) (yao: need to. qu: go to. yi yuan: hospital)

are you sure it's putonghua? 'cos "fong" doesn't seem to be putonghua. maybe it's a typo of "fang" or "feng". if it's a typo, it's probably a person's name.
if it's not putonghua but it's cantonese, i have no idea either. it may also be a person's name.
