I put out a website called
www.BestPractices.cn , but I am hearing that my translator's Chinese sounds strange. She says , "最佳方法“ . Some people say that is not the best translation.
What do you think?

I am not Chinese but I am pretty good in translating Chinese into English and vice versa (I think) hehehe
最佳範例 is more suitable for best practices.
最佳方法 means more like best methods.
My 2 cents
Happy Solstice!

Your translator's Chinese sounds really strange indeed, thus hard to digest.
Translation for Best practices is not appropriate, translation for Sign-up now is strange, translation for human resource professional banner is strange too.
The translator translates word by word, not natural.
