Website name translation/tranliteration

I'd like my sitename of "The Lambcutlet Disorgansation" translated.

I gather from the dictionary "lamb cutlet" would be something like:

小羊炸肉排 (Pinyin: xiǎo yáng zhà ròu pái)

But I'm a bit stuck on "Disorganisation" as I'm just using it as a humourous play on words, meaning more "a group of disorganised people" rather than the usual dictionary definition. Something that's funny in Chinese (well, Cantonese) as well would be a bonus...

Any help would be most appreciated!
