Hello. Could anyone please help me translate this to english? and does it mean anything at all?

"bai len lau le jo hue bian pan leh~ na shian ya zhuo ren zhi sao ta men pan ye bu huei pan dao shian bai len na yan"

bai ren lao le jiu hui bian pang leh, na xiang ya zhou ren, zhi shao ta men pang ye bu hui pang dao xiang bai ren na yang.


the whites becomes plump when they grow old-unlike asians, at least when they grow plump they dont become as plump as the whites.
