Can anyone spell my name in Chinese symbols for the use in a TATOO??

I have been unsuccesfully searching for a copy of the chinese alphabet so I can get my name "samantha", or my son's name "levi"tatooed on my back. Can you help me?

Can anyone please tell me where to find a symbol or symbols for the word "Sugar" and also symbols or symbol for the phrase "No Regrets?"
