Chinese languages

It's really pathetic. I need it for a digimon I'm creating. I need they're pronunciations with english letters, since I can't read chinese.

The words I need are lion and dragon. Thanks

lion 獅 Mandarin : shi,
dragon 龍 Mandarin : long, also other Chinese pronounce it as lung, liung. ryou in Japanese
