Can somebody tell me the meaning of the word tyfoon in chinese? I only want the meaning of the word not the translation in chinese characters.

mean rich people in China (especially who is suddenly become rich because of luck)

Typhoon is literally "big wind"
I think Frankie was thinking of tycoon, which is derived from an obsolete Japanese term meaning "ruler" or "sovereign".
