Well i've been trying to find a translation for a phrase myself using englisch/chinese dictionaries but without much luck... so I figured I'd try and get some help from people who actually know the language
So here goes... what do I want to know...
I'd like to have 'one who is many' translated into chinese please. What's it for... yes... another tattoo *sigh*
The idea is this... 'one who is many' stands for multiple personality's in one person and I want to use the Chinese characters as an outline. Sort of a basic outline or shape to work from...
Think of it as the tattoo being based on Chinese but ending up as not quite real Chinese... know what I mean
So if one would be so kind as to translate "One who is Many" into Chinese (characters or text will both do) I would be very gratefull!
Thanx and greetz

Could someone Translation please
Re: Could someone Translation please
How about many-personality-person duo-xing-ren 多性人? Might be gibberish, but it sounds like someone with multiple personalities. OMG, it might mean a schizophrenic!!!! I guess this is the bad side of what you're aiming for, hunh....
As some folks I know once said,
千人千樣, 萬人萬像
qianren qianyang, wanren wanxiang!
a thousand people; a thousand types.
a myriad people; a myriad likenesses...
