I'm interested in learning mandarin I've been practicing some but I have trouble with sentence structure can you help.

I have been learning chinese for 1 year.
I need someone in their spare time to earn extra money
I stay in Jianguomenwai Avenue, and need someone to improve to oral chinese in relaxed study atmosphere
(5 times a week, at least 1 hour a day)
