New phonetic IME?

I'm unable to use the New Phonetic IME for Chinese (Taiwan) on my Windows 2000 Professional. I want the traditional characters with pinyin input... Is it a bug, is there a download available? Please help if you can!

There is a trick to it. Visit this page (click on the link below). Under the topic Chinese input method there is another link "a trick" where you will a description how to solve the problem.
