If that's a place name, then it should be 沙烏地 (sha-wu-di)

Saudi, in mainland part of China, it is translated into Sha Te (沙特), in Taiwan and HK part, it is 沙乌地(Sha wu di). It is because of the different pronunciation in different part of China.
