Need your help to translate/romanize this to hokkien (singapore version)

It will sound like Chiu Keng Hiong, but I don't really know how S'poreans spell the sounds.

I'm guessing they would write Chew King Heong? Perhaps (I hope some of the others will be answer)

Yes, usually it is spelled as Chew Keng/King Heong.
