Teochew Surname

Hi! My grandma's maiden name is Saw. My mom thinks that it is Teochew but we're not sure. Can someone tell me if it is Teochew or another dialect? Also can anyone tell me what it means, its Mandarin equivalent, or the character for it? Thank You!!
