Text to Speech Word Processors

Post by David »

Hi,

I am trying to learn proper pronunciation for cantonese and Mandarin.

I know Dr. Eye and NJ Star 5.0 provides excellent text to speech for Mandarin pronciation. I own them both. However, I cannot find one for Cantonese. Can you recommend a word processing software for me that does both? How about one for just cantonese?

Thank you very much for your help,
David

I too would be interested in finding a text-to-speech program that can speak in Cantonese, something similar to a Cantonese reader. Any thing that can point me in that direction? Many thanks in advance for everyone's time.
