Help with a Chinese saying

The saying is:

家有一老，如有一宝 (Jiā yŏu yí lăo, rú yŏu yí băo)

I believe it translates along the lines of "If you have one elder, you have a treasure" and it deals with Chong-Yang Jie or Elder's Day, but I cannot even find the saying. If anyone can point me in a direction, that would be helpful.
