I have received a chinese attachment file ended with extension .HTF, I have no idea how to read this file. Wasting whole day to search from the Internet but at a loss. Could you kindly advise me what chinese software program can use to read the HTF file ?

It says it's a type of text file. Why don't you just rename the file .txt and see what it does when you open it. As it's only in text format, it shouldn't do anything bad, I hope....
