Useful Chinese phrases to use in the restaurant

Hi there,

I was wondering if people could give me some useful phrases to use in the restaurant.

I was also wondering if asking this way seems impolite,

请给我。。。 （筷子，可口可乐，刀，叉 etc） and do I need to use 一个？ （eg 请给我一个可口可乐）

And does it seem silly to say Ice Tea (e.g. like Nestea) as 冰茶
