ADDRESSED TO THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION CENTER (ICC) OF THE SHANGHAI UNIVERSITY OF TCM:

I hope you have received the CV / AF Professor Y.Q. Yang, Director of Postgraduate School, sent to you. That is my CV / AF.
As you have learned of it, - benefiting of the Educational Exchange Agreement (i.e., between the Chinese government and the Romanian government) Scholarship - I decided to attend the three-year long Master’s program on Acupuncture &Moxibustion at your University. This will start in fall 2OO5 and will include an additional one year of language learning.

Based on the above-mentioned CV and AF, please be so kind and send to me the formal Letter of Enrollment (LE) that qualifies me as a candidate student of your University. You will receive the complete array of documents you requested (which assemble into my personal record) along with the registration fee as soon as the Romanian Ministry of Education through its Overseas Scholarship department will deliver it to you.

Just to refresh your memory: I have a Bachelor degree in Medicine, specialty of western General Medicine, and currently (since I passed National Medical Residency Examination, year 2OO2) I am Resident Doctor specializing in clinical Neurology at the “Prof. Dr. V. Voiculescu” Institute of Cerebral Vascular Diseases (ICVB), Bucharest. My working experience as a doctor dates back to Jan 2OO1 and unfolded uninterruptedly, most of it in renowned clinical hospitals in my country.
I’d also proudly add that I had the opportunity to visit your country as a participant of the “Second Workshop of Chinese Medicine” held in Jinan, Shandong, P.R. of China in the autumn of 2OO3 when, after the conference end, I visited Shanghai for a couple of days. And I liked it.
