This is a free online Han-Viet dictionary, implemented in Java applet. Personally I find it very useful, especially the Pocket PC version which I installed in my PDA and carry everywhere with me.

I am sorry to say this but as a Chinese, who lived in Vietnam. I had looked into your link and found that not all of them are correct. For examples:
恭 cung(incorrect)
喜 hí(incorrect)
喜 hỉ(correct)
子 tý(incorrect)
朱 chu(correct only before and during the Ming Empire[明朝])(during and after the Qing Empire[清朝) translate as châu)
眛 muội(incorrect0
來 lai(incorrect)
來 lãi(incorrect)
來 lại(correct)
女 nứ(incorrect)
津 tân(incorrect)
椿 xuân(incorrect)
I just scan a bit and I already find that much dunno what happen if carefully check all of them
