Bak Gua(八掛??) is a negative adj. of which meaning "Curious"

e.g
one day, Ming ask her mother how old is she.
Ming's mother then told him not so "Bak Gua"

The positive adj of "Curious" is Hou2 Kae4(好奇)

I'm from Singapore and at first sight, i thought that bak Gwa was 肉幹...or barbequed meat...a Chinese New Year delicacy in Singapore...Yummy Haha
