梁 = Niû, in Singapore usually spelled as Neo -> my surname also =)
瑀 = Ú -> U / Woo / Wu
崇 = ciông = tsiông -> Ciong / Chiong / Ceong / Cheong
瑋 = Uí -> Ui / Wii -> or Wee, but... :mrgreen:

The pronunciation of the surname depends on how the family says it (Ooi or Ng) which in turn depends on where the family comes from.

The name would be Keng-oon,

In the Peh oe ji spelling this would be:

Uiⁿ Keng-un or Ng Keng-un

But in English-style spelling:

Ooi Keng Oon or Ng Keng Oon.

Spelling variations:
Un/Oon/Wen/Oen etc
