一、招聘岗位及名额
1．招聘岗位：中文老师（在印度尼西亚，泗水）
2．招聘名额：2人
二、选拔基本条件
1．本科毕业；
2．具有良好的专业素质能力，具有思想中文、教育等相关专业背景者优先；
3．热爱教育工作，关爱学生，富有责任心；在校期间担任过学生干部，具有较强的文字写作能力、实际工作能力和语言表达能力；
4．身心健康，性格开朗，善于与人沟通与合作；
5．年龄原则上不超过35周岁；
6．通过招聘程序所确定的拟录用候选人，在签约前须获得相应的学位证书和毕业证书，否则不予签约录用。
三、选拔方式和程序
我校2013年中文老师面向公开招聘。按照个人申请、资格审查、笔试面试、上岗实习、体检政审等程序，择优确定录用名单。

To complete Society’s Education
Mandarin is our main subject at our education center. Time by time, we have been developing our Education Center to prepare Indonesian people to face the challenging future with the fast development of China. This good education is obviously able to support them living in International society based on Chinese language and Culture.

普通话是我们的主要课程。随着时间，我们教育中心的教育方式也是一直在不断的提高。我们的目的是为了给印尼人民面对充满挑战的未来和中国的快速发展作好准备。这种良好的教育显然是能够支持他们生活在国际社会对中国语言和文化。
Vision, Mission and Quality
Vision – To fulfill the needs of Society’s Mandarin education
Mission – To serve the need of education for people from different background; to improve the quality of education that has been existing in the society; to connect the people’s relationship through education to prepare them in facing globalization.
Students are given ownership of the learning process and are encouraged to actively participate in their own education by setting personal goals and practicing on-going self-evaluation. Our inquiry based programmes and activities encourage students to discover their interests and strengths. All of this is done in a safe, caring and supportive place environment that fosters positive attitudes and allows students to challenge themselves and be risk-takers, without the fear of being judged.

Insight of the Center
Jayanti Education Center (JEC) was established in 30 May 2009. In these five years, the center has been teaching Chinese language and culture to hundreds of international students. We have been developing techniques to teach among teachers and students. Moreover we have been known by many people. In its development, quality and management are two keys important points to teach students about Chinese language and culture in real life. In our teaching process, we divide students according to their levels and abilities. In their final study, we give them tests and certificate to prove their abilities.
欣荣汉语教育中心(JAYANTI EDUCATION CENTER)成立于2009年5月30日。近五年来，在教育中心学习普通话和中国文化课程的学生已达几百人。教育中心与国际学生建立了学术、教学交流合作关系，与他们合作开设 中文学分课程。教育中心已形成一定的教学规模，具有良好的教学声誉。我们的教育中心在提升教学质量和完善管理机制的同时，积极引导学生将学习汉语和体认中国结合起来，鼓励学生攻读学位继续深造。教育中心设有不同年级、不同层级的教学班，可适应、满足初学到高级程度的学生学习要求。教育中心对学生考勤、考试有明文规定，正常出勤、考试合格的学生方可获颁学校正式结业证书与成绩单。
