I'm looking for a translation of this phrase: "Born a free spirit (soul)" or "A spirit (soul) born to be free "

I know:
Born = Dan Sheng
Free = Song Bang or Jie Fang
Spirit = Jing Shen or qi
Soul = hun or hun po or ling po

Doe sthis make sense ? If so how do I need to arrange them to make the phrase I'm looking for?

It seems many people want to get chinese tatoos. May I suggest looking into the classical literature of China for inspiration. Simple four character sets of characters can carry a great deal of meaning. Many hanzi I see tatoo-ed upon people seem strange as they are simply one word.
