Jenny there actually is no translation to proper nouns, but I'll give you this link, it determines a name according to your personality and gender.

I am doing a presentation for a class tonight and there is a quote that says something like...The Chinese symbol for learning is a combination of two characters, one is for study the other is for practice.

I would like to incorporate this symbol into my presentation. Can you help?

You need each as a lone line link, without any spacing. Just open a plain text editor like Notepad copy and paste there, and make each link one line long, copy and past into the address field of your browser.

I would like to know about the chineese word/character.
Since our company importing almost all the raw materials from china, taiwan, hongkong (for electronics products).
Therefore i'm realy interested to know about the chineese language.
Please suggest any book or any websight for chineese charater
