is this pronounced in cantonese or putonghua (mandarin)? 'cos if it's pronounced in cantonese, the relevant symbol (chinese character) would be different from that to putonghua.

or you may give us more hints regarding the meaning of sum yum. then i may try to help you know the relevant symbol.
