not sure about a translation

hello,

was wondering what the exact translation of :

無和平

if the charcters don't come out: it's wu2he2ping2
that is. wu2bu4 de wu2
he2ping2 = peace


i couldn't seem to find a translation in a chinese dictionary....i'm guessing it's kanji.....

does it mean....(1) without peace
(2) there is no peace, yet
(3) have no peace???

You should break the phrase into two groups:
無
and
和平

無 means nil
和平 means peace
