translating my popo's name

i have a few things that i'm looking to translate.

the first is my grandmother's name.
i'm not sure how to spell it correctly, but it is pronounced chew yung. and she once said that she spoke either bun tee (?) or cantonese.

second, if an-mei means spring sister, how would you say winter sister?

but "an" doesnt mean "spring"...春chun1 is the word
