For example, "pin1yin1 zhuan3huan4" will be converted to "pīnyīn zhuǎnhuàn"

Thank you Sandy for this great link. I have just started learning Chinese(Pinyin+tone) and I usually find it difficult to read the Pinyin+number format. This will definitely be of great help for me.
