What does 盡吐 mean?

Could somebody tell me what 盡吐 (as in 一生首次盡吐心聲) means and how it's pronounced? Is this a Cantonese expression only?

OK, question has been answered. Wasn't aware that there's a 吐 tou that means "to say, to pour out" which makes perfect sense in this context ("to spit" or "to vomit" didn't really ).
