What does "bai wu jin ji" mean?

Can anyone please translate this phrase to English for me?

bai wu jin ji

I have been told that it means "accomplish everything without fear."
I have also heard that it means something similar to that, but not exactly. Please help me. If someone were to ask you what does that mean, what would you say?

Vocabulary 百无禁忌
pronunciation bǎi wú jìn jì [bai wu: dgin dgi]
paraphrase 百means all, any thing, 无means not，禁忌means taboo
Don't taboo any thing.
e.g:
He is a so open, bai wu jin ji.
