Software to learn Mandarin?

Dear All,

I have a mandarin language problem all this while. I can't write and only can listen and speak a bit. With no chinese education knowledge, I would need your help in recommending a mandarin software that have the following features:

1. English definition beside chinese character
2. Pi Yin
3. Learning chinese character stroke
4. Mandarin Phrases
5. Voice assistant (pronunciation) for chinese character
6. English to chinese dictionary (if possible)
7. Recording of my voice (if possible)

Level: Beginner > Intermediate > Advanced
(I want it to be all level, coz budget tight on this)

If there's any feature i miss out, please included in your recommendation.
